III. Using process and precautions: 

1. Clean compound machine, pour the glue into the storage tank and use it or add the glue groove directly. The temperature in the drying tunnel is 70-95℃, and the running speed is about 30-50m/min.  

2. The amount of glue is 5-10 grams per square meter, the air humidity is 60% in 25 degrees, and the humidity of paper is 16-20%. 

3. In wet weather, the humidity is large and the curing speed of the liquid is slow. It can be adjusted by reducing the speed of the machine or increasing the temperature of the drying tunnel appropriately. 

4. If the four corners of the composite cardboard appear to rise, it may be caused by too high gelatinized amount, resulting in too much shrinkage stress of the adhesive layer. Or due to the high moisture content of the cardboard, it should be properly controlled.
