Laser film adhesive

This product adopts multiple functional group monomers and has been polymerized via special synthesis processes. Strong adhesion, less glue consumption, the corona requirement of laser film is not strict. It is very suitable for the combination of laser film and paper.

III. Using process and precautions: 

1. The temperature of the drying tunnel is about 60～95℃. The temperature of the compound pressure roller is about 50～80℃, and the compound pressure is about 5～15 kilograms. 

2. The amount of glue is about 5～10 grams per square meter. 

3. When the system started for a long time, if there are too much bubbles in the glue tank, the defoaming agent can be used for spray defoaming or mixing. 

4. In wet weather, the humidity is large and the curing speed of the liquid is slow. It can be adjusted by reducing the speed of the machine or increasing the temperature of the drying tunnel appropriately. 

5. If the four corners of the composite cardboard appear to rise, it may be caused by too high gelatinized amount, resulting in too much shrinkage stress of the adhesive layer. Or due to the high moisture content of the cardboard, it should be properly controlled.
